Allison Knoblock
Mentor Coordinator
As a Mentor Coordinator, Allison has the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they grow, navigate challenges, and pursue their goals! She approaches mentoring through a Christian lens, offering encouragement rooted in compassion, faith, and biblical wisdom.
In addition to mentoring, Allison helps connect individuals with trusted mentors and resources throughout the community. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships that help people feel supported, valued, and empowered to take their next steps. Allison believes that no one is meant to walk through life alone and that the right relationship can make a lasting difference.
Amber Knoblock
Administrative Assistant
Amber works as the Office Manager, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and handling various office tasks. Amber lives in Larchwood and has been a part of the West Lyon School DIstrict and Manna Market alongside ATLAS. She has a degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting and works PRN in the local community when she's not in the office. Amber's favorite part of ATLAS is the teamwork between her coworkers and the opportunity to see and know the community around her. Feel free to stop by the office at any time!
Dustin Rodger
Executive Director
Dustin is a George resident that has been involved with ATLAS since 2022. Dustin holds an Associate's Degree in Psychology and is a mandatory reporter in the State of Iowa for Dependent-Adult Abuse & Child Abuse. Dustin has been trained in the ASIST program for suicide prevention & response and has received multiple trainings for trauma-related occurrences. Dustin has developed programs and believes in a person-centered approach to working with an individual, as opposed to a one-size-fits-all solution.
When not at work, Dustin is likely with his family. Dustin has a wife and two kids that are the focal point of most of his free time. Dustin strongly believes that Lyon County can be best served if the youth have the proper tools to be true, Christ-centered leaders.
Dustin serves in various community roles: The Lyon County Opioid Committee, The Lyon County Planning Council, member of Rock Rapids Kiwanis Organization, Iowa Plains Title 1 Program Youth Committee, and is the co-founder of the Northwest Iowa Chapter of a21's Human Trafficking Awareness initiative.
