All information is confidential and the only information asked for on this request is your initials and what we can pray over. This information will be prayed during our devotions, bible studies, and prayer groups. There is no expectation of anything more than you allowing us to pray. However, if you would like to discuss this matter in person, please contact our office staff and we would love to meet with you one on one to learn more.
