Kami Madsen

Office Manager

Kami is a George resident who joined the Atlas family at the beginning of November 2023. Kami holds a Bachelor's Degree from Dordt in Youth Ministry with a minor in Communication. From her past experience with nursing home work, church work, and Hope Haven, Kami is a mandatory reporter in the State of Iowa for Dependent-Adult Abuse & Child Abuse and has been trained in suicide prevention & response. Kami strives to be the approachable greeter to help others feel like they belong. 

When not at work, Kami is likely raising her infant and toddler, cuddling her cats, and supporting her husband's wedding business. Kami enjoys skateboarding and juggling. Kami is passionate about pointing others to Christ without fitting the mold of expectations.

Dustin Rodger

Executive Director

Dustin is a George resident that has been involved with ATLAS since 2022. Dustin holds an Associate's Degree in Psychology and is a mandatory reporter in the State of Iowa for Dependent-Adult Abuse & Child Abuse. Dustin has been trained in the ASIST program for suicide prevention & response and has received multiple trainings for trauma-related occurrences. Dustin has developed programs and believes in a person-centered approach to working with an individual, as opposed to a one-size-fits-all solution.

When not at work, Dustin is likely with his family. Dustin has a wife and two kids that are the focal point of most of his free time. Dustin strongly believes that Lyon County can be best served if the youth have the proper tools to be true, Christ-centered leaders.
